Logistics!

Registration and Abstract Submission are open! Details and links below. Student Travel Award applications are now closed, and winners will be announced in the coming weeks.

Registration

Early Career*: $200 USD

Regular: $300 USD

Monday-only: $100 USD

Registration closes August 14th, 2026

*To increase accessibility of the LBS to Early Career researchers (defined here as any student, postdoc, or individual within five years of graduation), we have reduced registration costs by $100 for these individuals.

Registration is through the Marine Biological Laboratory (MBL), and it includes food and drinks during coffee breaks and social events (except the banquet).

You will have the option to add meals and housing when you register, which we highly recommend. While there are a few hotels and Airbnbs in the area, the MBL housing/food will likely be your cheapest and most convenient option -- the MBL dining hall and dorms are all within 5-10 minutes walk of each other and of the conference rooms.
